FAQ
Common questions about Rufflane's standing schedule and mobile grooming service.
Frequently Asked Questions
What's included in a standard groom?
Every visit includes a bath, blow-dry, breed-specific trim, nail grinding, ear cleaning, and a bandana. De-matting and add-ons (teeth brushing, nail painting) are quoted before we start.
How does the standing schedule work?
You pick a cadence when you book: every 4, 6, or 8 weeks. We hold your slot and send a confirmation the day before each visit. You never have to rebook.
Do I have to be home?
No. You just need driveway or parking access. We work independently and text you when we're wrapping up.
What if my dog is anxious about grooming?
Mobile grooming is often a turning point for anxious dogs. There are no cages, no other dogs in the space, and no loud salon environment. One-on-one time with the same groomer every visit builds real familiarity.
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve select suburban neighborhoods. Fill out the booking form with your address and we'll confirm whether we're running a route near you.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on dog size and coat type. Plan members (standing schedule) save 10% versus the one-off rate. De-matting is the only variable: we quote it upfront before any work starts.
Can I try one visit before committing to a plan?
Yes. We offer one-off grooms for small and large breeds. Most first-time clients switch to a standing plan after the first visit.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
Text or call us at least 24 hours before your appointment. We'll move your slot. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be charged a partial fee.
What happens if I have multiple dogs?
We groom up to two dogs per visit for most households. Let us know in your booking form and we'll confirm timing and pricing.
