Rufflane started with a simple frustration: grooming a dog should not cost you half a day.

The round trip to the salon, the waiting room, the phone tag to rebook — none of that adds value. Your dog gets cleaned either way. The logistics are the problem.

So we built the opposite. A self-contained grooming van that comes to your driveway. A standing schedule you pick once — every 4, 6, or 8 weeks — and never have to think about again. The same groomer, every single visit, who knows your dog's coat, temperament, and preferences without you having to explain them from scratch.

The standing schedule is the whole point

Most grooming services treat every visit like a transaction. You call, they fit you in, you wait, you pick up, you repeat the whole thing next time. We treat it like a recurring service that just works. Your slot is yours. Your groomer is yours. We confirm before every appointment and we answer our phone.

What a visit looks like

Your groomer arrives at the agreed time. Your dog gets a full groom in a climate-controlled van in your driveway: bath, blow-dry, breed trim, nail grinding, ear cleaning. No other dogs in the space, no cage wait, no drop-off window. You get a text when we're wrapping up.

De-matting and add-ons are quoted before we start, never after.

Suburban dog owners who groom every 4 to 8 weeks and want that handled reliably, without the errand. Anxious dogs especially welcome — the one-on-one, no-cage format is often the first time they're calm for a groom.
